      We stand behind our quality. We offer a 3-year warranty on heating elements and a 1-year warranty on the battery. Note: Most heated accessories (e.g. gloves, socks) carry a 1-year warranty on heating elements. Open-Box items are covered by a 6-month warranty. Please refer to the Warranty page for more details.

    • What is your return and exchange policy if the size doesn't fit?

      We want you to have the perfect fit! You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are BRAND NEW, UNWORN, and have all tags attached. Note: Outlet and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please refer to our full Return Policy for more details.

    • Is it safe to wash my heated apparel in a washing machine?

      Absolutely! Our heated jackets, vests, hoodies, and pants are all designed to be machine-washable. (Note: Some accessories, like heated gloves and scarves, require hand washing. Please check the "Materials & Care" section on the specific product page for instructions.) Here are washing steps:
      Step 1: Remove the battery.
      Step 2: Put the power cable back into the pocket and zip it up.
      Step 3: Place the garment in a mesh laundry bag and use a gentle cycle with cold water. Always hang dry.
