      Both of the batteries are compatible to ororo heated vests, jackets,and hoodies., but the PD 5K battery supports faster charging and higher capacity, while the Mini 5K is more compact and lightweight for everyday use.

    • Are all ororo batteries interchangeable across products?

      Most ororo batteries are compatible across heated apparel, but compatibility may vary by model. Battery with larger size may only accommodate in the battery pocket of specific styles.

    • How long does it take to fully charge an ororo battery?

      Charging time depends on the battery model and charger used. Most batteries take approximately 2–4 hours to fully charge, while PD batteries can recharge faster with a compatible fast charger.

    • Can I charge my phone using an ororo battery?

      Yes, ororo batteries feature USB-A ports or USB-C ports that allow you to charge mobile devices such as smartphones, making them useful as portable power banks.

    • Do I need a special charger to charge it?

      ororo batteries do not include a wall charging adapter. In most cases, most charger with a USB-A port in market can be used to charge your ororo battery. For safe charging and optimal battery performance, we recommend using a certified charger. If needed, a compatible charger can also be purchased separately on ororo.com.

    • Are ororo batteries safe to use in heated apparel?
